After 45 minutes you will be able to see the effect of 1/2 gummy and can asses your next dosage from this point.
DO I TAKE THEM WITH OR WITHOUT FOOD?
All Day Chill gummies can be taken with or without food, however when you have food in your stomach it can take between 30 – 1.5 hours longer for the gummy to take effect.
We recommend dosing the gummies 30 mins – 1 hr before food or 1.5 hours after eating to avoid delays in the gummy taking effect.
